3. Donations and Charitable Contributions

THOR may provide opportunities to make financial or in-kind contributions in support of its mission, programs, and community initiatives.

By submitting a donation, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by THOR, donations are generally considered final once processed. THOR reserves the right to decline, return, or refund a contribution when appropriate, including in cases involving payment errors, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or other exceptional circumstances.

Any representation regarding the tax deductibility of a contribution is subject to applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. Donors should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual circumstances.

When a donor designates a contribution for a particular program or purpose, THOR will make reasonable efforts to honor that designation, subject to applicable law, donor restrictions, organizational needs, and the continued operation of the designated program.

Businesses, organizations, churches, community groups, and individuals may have opportunities to support THOR through sponsorships, affiliations, partnerships, or other collaborative relationships.

Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee acceptance, partnership, sponsorship recognition, or affiliation.

Specific sponsorships, partnerships, or affiliations may be governed by separate written agreements. If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms, the terms of that agreement will govern the specific relationship addressed by it.

THOR may decline or discontinue relationships that are inconsistent with its mission, values, legal obligations, or organizational interests.

5. Volunteer Participation

Information regarding volunteer opportunities may be provided through the website. Submission of a volunteer inquiry or application does not guarantee placement or participation.

Depending upon the nature of an assignment, prospective volunteers may be required to complete additional documentation, orientation, training, screening, background checks, confidentiality agreements, or other requirements before participating.

Volunteer activities may also be subject to separate policies, procedures, waivers, codes of conduct, or agreements established by THOR.

THOR reserves the right to determine volunteer assignments and to decline, suspend, or discontinue volunteer participation when appropriate.

6. Program and Service Information

THOR makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information concerning its programs, services, events, eligibility requirements, and resources. However, programs, availability, schedules, eligibility criteria, locations, and services may change.
